Our home care service seeks to assist clients in living freely in their own home. We offer assistance with personal care (dressing, showering, and cleaning oneself), housekeeping (laundry, home duties and day-to-day work), and meal preparation. Our staff are trained to meet their emotional, social, and physical requirements.
Social Visits/Companionship
We provide companionship, shopping assistance, and outdoor activities (walking, for example). The intent is to improve both their physical and mental well-being and to promote an active and healthy lifestyle.If necessary, we can also shop on the client's behalf.
Medication Management
We recognise that many people struggle with their medication and find it difficult. Unique to our service we have a licenced pharmacist who can assist with any pharmaceutical concerns. Our skilled staff can also assist with medication, including administering it, encouraging you to take it and picking up prescriptions too.
